The quality of the products is solid, no complaints there. However, the lead time is a persistent problem that really ought to be addressed. It wouldn’t be too hard to update the production time on the site to keep customers from feeling let down. I made an order on September 8th, and it took 7 weeks for them to ship it out—so I got my items a full 8 weeks after I ordered. I’ve reached out to customer service, but it seems like they just send out a generic 'your goods will be ready next week' response. Honestly, I’m probably not gonna order from them again since their customer service seems lacking and they don’t adhere to what they’ve laid out on their 'orders and shipping' page (specifically points 5 and 6).

I placed an order for five shirts on August 13th this year (#534578). After waiting 21 days, which was the promised delivery time, I reached out for an update. They assured me it would be sent out within a week.

Three weeks later, I followed up again. This time, Daria informed me that I’d need to wait a few more weeks for shipping. As of today, September 30th, I’ve been waiting over 50 days for my order.

It’s hard to believe a scam operation like this is still running. Seriously, steer clear of Bitter Sweet Paris. I suspect many of those positive reviews are fake. I’ve shopped online for years and have NEVER encountered such terrible service. If I could rate it zero stars, I absolutely would.

I placed my order a month back. It still hasn’t been shipped. This site feels like a scam, just designed to take your cash.

I ordered a hoodie about a month back and have been trying to reach out to them, but no luck with their phone number and they’ve totally ghosted me on Instagram. It's frustrating how they take your cash and then just vanish without a word on when you might get your order or any updates. I was just hoping to find out if it would arrive by a specific date since it’s a gift for a birthday, but I just got left hanging. I’m done with this place. Right now, I'm £50 out of pocket and have no clue if I’ll ever see the product.

I got a sweatshirt and I absolutely loved it! The quality is top-notch and the fit is just right. Plus, the customer service is really great. I’ll definitely keep recommending this shop.

My daughter and I are big fans of these hoodies! They’re super stretchy and feel really soft on the inside. If you’re into hoodies like we are, I totally suggest checking out the Bittersweetparis ones.

It's honestly a mixed bag how stunning the designs are on these garments, especially given the subpar materials. I was shocked to find out the shirts are made entirely of polyester (marketed as 'premium' fabric on the site). I wouldn't mind if these were budget-friendly items, but they are ridiculously pricey for what you get. I get that it's tough to achieve high-quality prints on cotton, but with the price tag, I was hoping for something a bit more impressive. Such a pity because the designs are fantastic.

The quality was really bad, and the customer service was just as disappointing. I ordered two masks, one regular and one bandana style, thinking they’d be similar in protection since they were on the same page. But when they showed up, the bandana was super flimsy and thin. I reached out to them to voice my concerns, but they basically told me I should've known better! I mean, come on, we’re in a pandemic—why else would I need a face covering? When I asked for a refund, I got a flat-out no, and the representative was incredibly dismissive!

The variety of designs on their site is impressive. However, it took a whopping 5 weeks from when I placed my order to when the item finally arrived. I opted for express shipping, thinking I’d have it in just a few days.

I shot off a couple of emails inquiring about my order, but only got one response that was pretty vague. If I had to sum it up, it felt like they were saying, "we're swamped."

They bombarded me with automated emails after I ordered, like "your item is in the warehouse," "your item is being checked," and "your item is being waved off by our team"—total nonsense. After that, though, I heard crickets; even the tracking number they provided didn’t work.

As for the product itself, it’s decent. The print is spot on, but the images don’t really stand out like the website claimed. The colors are okay—not super bright, but not dull either.

The sizes were true to what they said; I followed their measuring guide.

I ordered a neck warmer back in December 2020. The mask itself is fantastic. I'm really pleased with it; it's lightweight, comfy, and the print quality is top-notch. But what really knocks off two stars for me is the ridiculous wait time. I placed my order on December 19, 2020, and it just showed up today, March 4. I'm okay with a longer production time since, from what I've read, they’re a pretty popular company. I can understand that a small factory in Poland might have slower production. On February 12, the mask was finally shipped to me. Even though I paid extra for express delivery (they claimed it would take 3-5 days), it ended up taking a full 21 days. That’s about the same as their regular shipping time. So, here’s my advice: if you’re thinking of ordering from Bittersweet Paris, just go with their regular shipping and save yourself some cash.
